What is our mistake??????? Too much cancellation. Pls do something Admins

Hello everyone,

Still there is no solution for fraud buyers. today mine 3 orders(130$) canceled after delivery. What is our mistake? Due to that we cant identify Real & Fraud buyers. Please take a stand for solution. Atleast seller can get 50% of order value then its also ok but we are loosing too much

Yes it still happen some time.but not like before that fraud is found and stop that.problem is this is online business nothing is permanent hare.but admin have to be more stricket in this things.they have to instant cancel those fraud orders otherwise we get loss every time.hope SeoClerks do some thing for us.because we loss too much for this.

Buyers doing fraud after placing 2-3 legit orders so we cant able to trace them. first they are gaining trust after they are using illegal methods for buying so we not able to trace him by rating.

The only way to stop/slow down cancelations is to warn other sellers about buyers that you have canceled orders or have canceled an order on you. This is not a fool-proof plan, but it should at least cut down some of the order cancelations that happen.

50% of what? If the buyer cancels the order, he gets all his money back, so there is no order cash left to pay you 50% of. What is our mistake??????? Too much cancellation. Pls do something Admins

That said, the buyer does not have the ability to force cancel orders, so if you have delivered the service and they cancel the delivery of it, just deliver it again, all they can do is review the order (you get your cash), do nothing (you get you cash once days have passed) or keep canceling the the delivery. If they do just keep canceling the delivery each time you re-deliver that order page, then just make sure your proof of work is on the order page and report tit, a staff member will look at the order and can decide to end the order in your favour. I had the same issue a few days ago. Guy buys traffic then after I give traffic, he tells me he wants to cancel. After talking to him a even giving him more traffic, I understood that he is fraudulent and I angrily forced cancelation on the order. I'm sure he must have been happy.

what about the sellers who mark it complete & ask for feedback when the job in reality is not done or completed. Ive seen this alot and it just happened today & now i know they are scammers and we are left with unfinished work.

If you are not delivering quality services then the buyer have the right to cancel it at any time. Even after your delivery, the buyer have 5 days time with him he can cancel it at any time.
