User Levels are updated every 20 minutes so if the requirements are met that is the longest you will have to wait. If you do not level up it means you do not meet the requirements.

Just wait for 30 minutes maximum to get you level updated if you are satisfying all condition for that.

it normally takes 20 minutes but i would wait an hour.

Upgrades to user levels are automatic. Please wait at least 20 minutes before entering a ticket about user level promotions.If you have not been promoted yet., you can submit a support ticket.
