Does page rank pass with a TLD name sale (on an aged domain)?

And if so, how long does the page rank last once the domain name is associated with new pages or site?

Page rank is also dependent on content within the site.. so as long as there is content and natural traffic the page rank would stay there.. if they are removed then you would see page rank changes in next page rank update.

Page Rank is an outdated concept. Now you have to focus on Domain Authority and Page Authority. DA and PA are measured on the scale of 1-100, and the higher rank means you have higher DA and PA. If you have higher rank on DA and PA, you will also get a higher rank on SERP. DA and PA are the results of quality backlinks on your site.
