- Hostripples has servers in many countries and you can buy 10+ different ip+location from them itself. Also look for more $12 hostings and go for 1 account per host per location. That will ensure unique ip.

- All manually in Godaddy in different accounts with different whois details to avoid footprint

- 0% as i keep them private for myself and never link them with one another. i create them like real blogs.

Using Scrapebox/Godaddy auctions. I prefer good backlink profile from top authority sites. Matrics are just numbers and they can be altered but real backlinks verified manually from top authority sites like Forbes really gets counted.
