    Yes, working on high competition keywords is very hard, maybe you can rank them but the traffic you got from them is very low high competition keywords try to chose low competition keywords and rank them for better traffic + Easy ranking !

    Normally, I avoid using high competition keywords. If you have high competition keywords, it is difficult to rank high because there are already numerous valuable contents on that keywords. I always try to use moderately search keywords, which increases the chances of ranking high.
