is there any experience or somewant wanna share about how to sell high on Flippa?
I personally hate marketing text like "This site has HUGE potential" etc. Explain how can people benefit from your site, how much traffic you get, copy GA stats, not just traffic graph, but graph that shows % of organic traffic and traffic from social media sites...
Be realistic with your price and that's it.

Agreed. Potential is worthless so don't base a price on "potential" because I could create a website and it "potentially" take out Facebook and be worth billions. Probability of that? Next to none.
What Flippa users like to see is:
In order to sell on flippa, you need traffic and income on your website. You should also verify your traffic and earning so that selling chances increase.
You should also do on-site promotion (buying upgrades etc.) on flippa. This will increase the visibility of your listing.
well you can feature the website on flippa to get more bids
Proof of your claims, extras that Flippa offers, and honesty. Don't get caught lying to potential buyers as it can turn the whole sale off to others.
Apart from claims, about traffic scores in Google analytic, Ads sales. Try to highlight the niche features, which will bring repeated visits by visitors, and explain them why
The most outstanding thing a buyer needs to know about a site before buying is the revenue the site accrued daily, the traffic quantity and the source. To increase your chances state these information and them be in the positives.Let the income of the site be reasonable and the source of income be first tier countries and also try to promote the link to sites and places online to increase exposure.
If you are selling a website then it is not an ordinary website to fetch a good price. I think the buyer will look for the potential of the website. First is the design which for me is the most important. Next is the contents which can be improved but the existing contents should have substance. Third is the amount of traffic. I almost forgot that the domain name also has a value to be added to the worth of the website.
