    How to resist advertising pressure?

    I'm very vulnerable to advertising. For instance, if I see a pizza commercial on TV, then I will usually end up ordering pizza for dinner. How do you resist advertising or sales pressure?

    Just turn off the TV. It sounds simplistic but really the best idea for resisting any kind of ad that might be influencing you to spend money you don't want to spend.

    Ignore them? It's your money, you don't have to spend it. Though some of those ad people will have good advice. Pick their brains for ideas and you might learn something.

    That's the whole essence of advertising it's to induce,motivate and persuasive one to buy without looking back.

    So all what you need do is to refrain from impulsive buying. you need to train your system and discipline yourself against buying at a spot.

    This topic is a good idea for us to learn how to make an advertisement that is hard to resist. It’s like being on the other side of the fence – what advertisement did you see that tempts you to buy, create one similar to it. Although I know it’s easier said than done but at least we have the direction. The only problem now is how to make your advertisement tempting and alluring.
