What is the best advertising ways or places?

Hi, I have some featured services in my website like:

- facebook fans

I want to increase sales for this service, where have I start my advertising campaign, I start with Google AdWords but it suspend my ads because of AdWords rules, do you have any suggestions about where to start my ads campaign?

I don’t really get the whole idea of this discussion. You want to advertise your service for Facebook followers of the Fan Page? If it is the followers that you mean that you can give to a Facebook fan page then I think it is already banned in this market place because of the numerous complaints of the buyers on the shortcoming of the sellers. It was discovered that such a service is made by the bots.
