    IM LOOSING FOLLOWERS!

    You said it will stay but i'm losing so many of them every second!!!!!! Please re add those followers or i would like my money back!

    Hi GNation,

    I believe you meant to contact the user you ordered a Service from. You'll find a 'Contact' link on their Service page as well as on their public profile page.

    If the order is not yet Completed you can Reject the Delivered work with the Reject tab located on top of the message box in the order page.

    If you're unable to resolve the issues with the seller you can always contact the helpdesk: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

    Who is the seller ? Can you please mention his/her username here so other user can also get information and if user done low quality work you can report him to staff: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit this will help!

    Gnation ,. try to be more descriptive by stating clearly the username and what kind of services he offered, try to resolve any issue with the seller before contacting support. it is much better that way.
