Hello Team and everyone
I am selling a service and using the Featured Homepage boost
The problem I am facing since a long time is - whenever I use the Reboost option (Service will reboost after 12 hours of the first initial boost), the next manual boost is getting extended by around 4 hours.
Let me give an easy example #1
I boost the service at 6 AM Day 1
It should get reboosted automatically at 6PM Day 1
And I should be able to Boost it again on 6AM Day 2
But instead what is happening is
I have to wait till 10AM on Day to Boost it again. Resulting in 3 to 4 hours of lost boost time everyday.
If you calculate it, its 30*4 = 120 hours = 5 days of Lost boost time in a month
The problem doesnt end here.
Lets take example #2
I boost the service at 11 PM Day 1
It should get reboosted automatically at 11AM Day 1
And I should be able to Boost it again on 11PM Day 2
But since it gets extended by 3-4 hours, it means that I will not be available the entire time to boost the service and I lose control of the timings to boost when I will be available and when I get most sales.
We easily lose out for many hours due to this bug
Since sellers who pay $1300- $1500 per month to use Homepage Featured, even losing out on 4-5 days like this means losing boosted time and sales.
Please look into this and if any help is needed, I am always here

while i also see that some featured services are very cheap, not even making so many sales to cover this expense, but yet they are featured next month again... So what is the catch here???I am really not sure about this because it has happened with me that after paying the featured monthly charges + giving 10% commissions on each sale + paypal transaction fees on each sale- I just about barely make back the investment. Not sure how the lower priced services sellers are making back their investments with profit. May be more experienced sellers can contribute to this topic and share their knowledge. Yes I have mailed support many times but a satisfactory solution was not achieved. That's why posted here in the public forum so as to see if anyone has a workaround. BTW i was thinking also that paid boosts shouldn't be so limited ( to 6 per day) if someone want to spend money and boost more, or more offten.
Other then that, i never experienced featuring my service on front page and i am very curious how it works, because as much i see it cost $1500 p.m., while i also see that some featured services are very cheap, not even making so many sales to cover this expense, but yet they are featured next month again... So what is the catch here??? I really wander! Or is there some kind of special deals arranged somehow? Did you ever try to contact support team and explain this problem?
