I wanted to ask you how you promote your Services/Gigs. What do you do to get a lot of orders?

The best way is to tell your friends. Use twitter, Facebook, etc. I get more sales from friends than anywhere.

Put a link in your signature line on a heavy traffic webmaster forum, saying something like 'Hire me'. You can include details on what type of work you do. So for instance, if you do forum posts, you could say, 'Hire me to post on your forum'.
