How can I rank my website without loss my Adsense account?
You need to experiment and find out what works best for you by putting ads in different places on your site and seeing which perform better. You could experiment with different ad sizes and see which ones perform better. It's usually worth waiting a few months though before changing things around to give it enough time to be able to accurately assess which ads perform the best. It could be that you have too many ads on the page or need to move them to a different location and use different sized ads in that location. Adsense lets you see how each ad is performing and from this you can know if you need to move it, use a different sized ad or whether to reduce the amount of ads per page. By having more than 2 ads on the page it actually lowers the CPC/EPM you get for them as well so having 2 ads on the page seems to be the right mix but it all depends on how much traffic your site is getting, what the quality of the traffic is like and what niche your site is in because as you may know, some niches have bigger CPC for ads than others.
As for how to rank your site safely while using Adsense you can follow the Adsense terms of service and guidelines so as to make sure you're not doing any kind of SEO on your site that might be considered against their terms and conditions. Provided it's all legit SEO and advertising that would be okay to do while you are using Adsense ads on your site.

My suggestion is the backlinks because it works in 2 ways to get traffic to your site. First way is the reader of the web page where your backlink is placed. When the reader clicks on your backlink then that is traffic. Second is the boosting of your ranking in the search engines by the quality backlinks. A higher ranking in the search list gives you more traffic. You just have to be patient with the results for backlinks don’t take effect instantly.
Your SERPs won't affect your AdSense account.
Just follow Google webmaster guidelines and Google webmaster forums' advisory.
From what I understand with Adsense, the more readers you have, the more revenue your website gets. Remember that Adsense is an advertising system where they post an ad on your web page. When the reader clicks on the ad then that earns you a share in the revenue. But even if the reader does not click on the ad, there is a thing called impression which can also earn you something.
