You made me laugh with your comment but it makes sense because quality is always preferred than quantity but if you will mix the 2 then you get a lot of quality backlinks. Seriously though quality backlinks is not easy to have because you have to be discerning with the site that you are posting on. It should be popular with a sizable number of traffic but sometimes you chance upon a site like that but it does not allow you to post your backlink there.
