What is dynamically generated content? For instance, would this be scraped content taken from other sites? Or, maybe product feeds from a main site, that is fed onto an affiliate site. Please explain how dynamic content works.
Dynamic content is content generated on the fly. An example would be your user profile page. It is generated and changes on the fly, by you.

Maybe a social networking profile would be another example of a dynamically generated page as it has many similarities to a forum profile page and can be edited in much the same way by the user.
Dynamic content can be understood as content that uses a source (like a database) to pull up information to create a page before presenting it to you. (Ex: This page, where all the messages were fetched from a MySQL server and page generated using a php script)
Static content does not require the server to do any processing to show up. (ex: Your avatar)
It is just like an user working on an online application & search for data according to his need. When contents loads these are called dynamic contents.
So is it basically any content that would change on a page?
@angie828 U r right.
Gee, this is the first time that I’ve heard of this term dynamically generated content. My initial idea is that the content was generated by a software or a plug in tool .But I am quite confused with the comments so maybe I will leave it at that and wait for some other discussions on this subject.
