How to use Keywords in content? How many times can I bold them?
It depends on how long your text/article is. You usually need around 5-6% keyword density to make it optimized.

I have read in several discussions that you can include the keyword on the content but it should not exceed 5% of the size of the content. An example is a content that is 100 words. The keyword can appear 5 times in the content but more than that will be considered spamming. But I think the spamming violation is for Google only and does not concern Bing or Yahoo and maybe even other search engines. It is just Google.
There are quite a few different places that keywords can go on your page. Some choice places for keywords are:
above your site logo
in the subheadings
within the paragraph content
within links (anchor phrases)
images (alt tags)
Do use Keywords in content, as naturally as possible. Pls don't over use.
As many times as you need to and no more. It depends how long your article is as well. But even the longest articles can only mention your main keywords that the article was created for in the first place a couple of times. Perhaps sometimes only once. Because while you can try to fit your keywords into the article in some way through something you say, you might end up going on about something that fills up the whole page related to what your keywords are about but them not actually containing your keywords at all. Makes sense!
Some people say an SEO optimized article contains your main keywords in the title, in the summary or body area, in the meta description and in your meta tags or keyword tags as well. But I've ranked articles high in the past only using the keyword in the title and it not existing anywhere else. However on average I will agree that having them in all thee places can be handy because Google likes to index different parts of your content as it sees fit and if you have them in all places you can maximize the chance of Google indexing them and showing them in the SERPs somehow.
You have to use keywords in your content title, content meta description, meta tag, as well as the content body. You have to divide your content into sections and use keywords in the H1 H2 tags as the subtitles. Since keywords are the words that best describe your content, you have to spread those keywords all over your article.
I didn’t know that you can spread your desired keywords all over your article. Does that mean that the keyword should appear many times in the article? In the forum, I usually see tags when I create a thread. I assume that those tags that I indicate are keywords. Am I right on this thinking? And if those tags are indeed keywords, do I need to include the said keywords in the content of my thread?
Using five percent primary keywords in your content body is the standard practice, which means in a 500 words article you can use 25 keywords. This is the general rule for the content body. As for the title and subtitle, you have to use 1-2 primary keyword, or if possible a long tail search term. Keywords should also appear in the description and tags.
