    What happens when you click cancel order and is it possible to get scammed on seoclerks?

    I just want to know what happens if you click cancel order, and is it possible to get scammed on seoclerks?

    I just paid for 1000 subscribers from a level 1 seller and i don't know if i am going to get scammed. i paid through my seoclerks balance

    Hi - when you suggest a mutual cancelation for an order, the request is then sent to the seller. The seller has 48 hours to accept the cancelation or decline it.  If the seller does not respond within 48 hours, the order will automatically cancel and the funds returned to your account balance. 

    If the seller does deliver the work and you feel you are being scammed, please report it to the helpdesk as soon as possible. The most common type of scam is sellers delivering work without actually doing anything. This will result in the seller and any duplicates they may have created being banned from our marketplaces. A full refund will be issued.

    You CAN'T get scammed at Seoclerks!
    You can cancel your order before it's delivered. Best option is to use "Mutual cancelation"! If you are concerned about buying from level 1 seller then you should buy from higher level sellers.
    However, if anything goes wrong, you are always protected by Seoclerks, just contact help desk http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit to solve your problem.

    i read there is a problems button that will cancel the order ? where is this button? I wish to cancel an order. They buyer will not communicate with me and canceled the mutual cancelling of the order. So, what should i do?
