how can seller claim gurenteed reject??

How can seller gets guaranteed reject? as a example if we create 100k twitter followers gigs & if profiles already have millions of followers after then if we are able to deliver only half amount 50k followers. Also my gigs have 50% money back guarantee. Then how can i claim guaranteed reject???

only buyer can claim guarantee reject.
seller are not allowed to claim guarantee reject.
you can found guarantee reject in order page if you are a buyer.
just click buyer - shopping - my shopping and click the order number.
if seller has been delivered your order, you can see guarantee reject in the bottom.
you will see:
- rate and completed
- send message
- guarantee reject
- reject order

ok so what to do if we are unable to give more or account capacity is gets over? its difficult to handle buyer if we are unable to complete full work.

hello sir,

seller give guarantee for the gig , and buyer purchase it

by seeing guarantee , and seller put the % on guarantee that if he fails to give required work he will pay % amount of the order

Go through you Order!

At bottom you will find a Option Called "Guarantee Reject".
Just Click there, Describe the reasons and Submit.

You Order will Be Rejected with Guarantee Claim and Money will be Refunded into you Account!

Please Note: You can't Withdraw that Money, the Credit shouldbe used for Purchase Purpose

Hi parag4485,

Sellers cannot claim a guarantee on their own Service as this would not make any sense and open up SEOClerks to major abuse and scamming.

Only the buyer can invoke the guarantee and only when the order is 'Delivered'.

what can seller will do if he is able to do the partially work only. lots of sellers are using paid service of servers. how seller can get money for that partially work?

Hi parag4485,

You can either cancel the order or work something out between you and the buyer. Services are note intended to be partically provided so it's up to you and the buyer.
