    Lower the level, the lower the trust for sellers. It's bad for company if some sellers are making bad services, it's kind of protection for buyers and motivation for newbies to have high ratings and deliver legit services. I completely understand this rule, I would do the same Why is this the rule by seoclerks that level one seller can withdraw there balance only two times in 31 days?
