    why my user level is going down ?

    my last user level is 2 but today is going down to level 1..is it usual or not..thanks why my user level is going down ?

    The requirements for user level 2 is:
    Requirements
    SBA Completed/Purchased/Affiliated 10 orders on time
    SBA Have no infractions (follow the rules)
    SBA Your email must be verified
    SBA You must associate a phone number with your account (only users who joined after May 1st, 2016)
    SBA Login often (once per 14 days)
    SBA Account is at least 7 days old
    SBA First completed sale/purchase/affiliate sale is at least 30 days old
    SB Have a 90% rating or higher
    S Completed one payment withdrawal that is 20 days old
    S 72 hour or less response time


    S = Seller
    B = Buyer
    A = Affiliate

    go and check all the factor at https://www.seoclerks.com/userlevels/
    if you are Passing through all then must wait for few hours and Contact Staff.

    I also had the same problem. I ever did cancel the order, but at the request of the buyer, and I chose the option "both parties agreed to cancel order". However, my level is still going down.

    just goto user level's page and you will know the requirements of levels!
