Sellers are not Responding, how do we cancel?

So, my point is me and most of the buyers in seoclerks are facing one problem,if you have the answer drop it or forward it to team.

Problem:I ordered a gig and the seller didn't respond for days(exceed delivery date) and still I can't cancel that order directly, I only can do cancel by mutual understanding and it takes lots more time.

My opinion:If the seller has fixed a delivery date then he/she should deliver in time.If he/she doesn't respond to that date buyer should be able to cancel them directly without waiting for days.

If there is such option and I am not seeing it please let me know Sellers are not Responding, how do we cancel?

There is no method that will automatically and instantly cancel a gig in this situation. We do intend on reducing the time from 48 hours (2 days) to 24 hours.

We've considered various options for the buyers when this occurs, including instant cancellation ability, and feel that a reduced time of 24 hours should offer both parties plenty of time to respond.

Sorry but I don't get you totally.
Check my all 3 gigs please.
#30197 : 1st gig= cancellation because it was mistakenly double ordered due network error.
#30198 : 2nd gig=late delivery,still the seller isn't responding.I tried to cancel this and do deal with next #30131 : one because I need it fast by mutual understanding but still this is in shopping list.
3rd=I got only 25% job done.I pm seller but he doesn't respond and I tried got problems>>re-order but there is no progress.

All of these orders are freeze from 3days.

cancel it but u have to wait upto 48 hours before seller get noticed or reply. u can not cancel imeediatly. seller have rights to reject your cancelletion. Thank you . regards
