Big % of buyers don't mark job as completed and sellers have to wait until job is marked as completed automatically.

How do you encourage buyers to mark job as completed?

Also, how many days until job gets marked as completed automatically?

I always have this problem - people tend to forget to close the order. We should send reminders to ask them to close the order along with feedback.

Use a passive / aggressive approach when delivering your order.
"Thank you for your feedback" or "your feedback is kindly appreciated!"
