Ban Bad Seller - Open Letter for BasitSEO

Hello
Since seoclerk not collect fund as middleman, I hope seoclerk will be consider to banned sellers who scam buyer to make SEOclerks is safe and high quality marketplace. I already joined SEOclerks since 2012. mostly as buyer not seller. This is my first time bad experience since joined about 10 years ago. I order service from seller : https://www.seoclerk.com/user/BasitSEO . 1 services with $50 as cost for services.
Seller not deliverd my order. I try contact every day, since seller late to deliver my order. Seller never give me response or reply. I check seller always online everyday but never give me reply. So, I decided to cancel and make dispute in paypal because I know this is direct payment to seller. after I open case in paypal, Seller give me reply but refuse to refund, Seller also reply me with some slangs bad langguage to me.
I also contact Seoclerks support and suggest me do same things about this situation. ask seller to refund and open case in paypal. Now I wait paypal to reviews and give back fund to me. I wrote this because I love SEOClerks and I hope SEOclerk will banned seller like this. Sellers with bad attitude. I am sorry if my english not good enough. But I hope You got my point. Thanks

UPDATES!!! Paypal issues a refund, I get my money. need almost 2 week to resolve cause seller refuse to refund..Thanks admin for any help and attention

You have 100% right to do! You did good step to contact of admin. Hope they will make correct judgement.

This is a bad behavior from the seller completely.
You better say full details with paypal.
Its a service order and you are not satisfied.
So Paypal have full rights to give you refund.

All changes who Seoclerk team made, is because bad sellers. PayPal blocked their account because a lot of disputes. Unfortunately, bad sellers destroyed Seoclerk which worked great...

Updates!!! Finally Got Refund $50 from paypal because services not delivered by BasitSEO. Need almost 2 week because basitSEO refuse to refund, but I got final decision from paypal and I get my money back. Thanks for any attention and response in this thread.

I see the seller has now 322 positive reviews and only 2 bad reviews.

And you directly asked to ban the seller for your precious $50. If it would be possible you should ask for him to go in prison or to be sent in Guantanamo.

Even if you knew that you can get your money back via PayPal, you didn't care about any other problems of seller (maybe the seller is in hospital, has a poor or no internet connection for several days or other problems), you just wanted to get him banned on Seclerks (and we have to believe you talked politely with the seller, you didn't instigated him to go in flames with you).

I dislike this kind of people, who want to destroy other people... I hope you'll get from life exactly what you did to others.

ps: I bet 1000% that your profile picture is fake [the most probable you're a man, not a girl] and I'll not be surprised if you'll use more than 1 seoclerks account

lol...I already do all steps before process dispute. Seller was not responsible for this work. are you a supporter of basitseo? look only you have a negative comments in my discussion thread. I already ask about the progress of my order. never get a reply. seller reply after I dispute in paypal. seller also talk with sarcasm or slang word to me. and you jugde me I want destroy seller and I am not talked politely? not investigated?. I want still to believe in sellers. I check he got bad reviews from the last order but I still want to trust and order service from the seller. but the seller does bad work. and this is bad quality seller. shame on you as a supporter of bad behavior.

why banned features is important, because SEOClerk not collect any funds. SEOclerk not middleman. this is free marketplace and direct pay to seller and to make it good quality and safe marketpalce. I think banned features will help to remove bad behaviour sellers. You know, refund is not easy and short process.

You manipulated the other people who saw this thread and only your point of view (you should paste here the entire discussion, not only your opinion).

God is above us!!! He will never put the equal sign between $50 and a requested BAN from you or anybody else (because the seller will loose a lot more than $50, maybe hundreds or thousands of dollars).

And bad work (due to very high or probable unrealistic expectations) doesn't mean it's a bad work. I met a lot of buyers who want to get for $5 what FB ads or Google Ads are offering for thousands of dollars, and if they don't get it, then guess what: they say it's a bad work and want their money back (after all work was done). It's just another try to scam the seller under many excuses: bad work, the buyer didn't understood exactly what he/she bought, and a lot of other cheap reasons that are over exploited for longer than a decade.

Seoclerks had problems with PayPal mainly because many buyers scammed Seoclerks and its sellers, by asking massive refunds, usually via multiple accounts.

I only need seller deliver report of backlink. I don't care about effect or with the service will increase SERP. I understand. SEO is not math. If seller have good attitude. I never make open letter. If seller just refund my money and not refuse and says bad words. I am not make this thread. This thread make because refund is not easy and short process now.

It's clear there is a problem related to communication: speed and the way it was done.

But there is still the main problem: you asked your money (and got your money, as everybody should expect), but also you asked to get more: seller to be banned (even if you've got your money).

This is the problem: you asked to get more than you paid, even if your order was refunded due to a miss understanding among you and seller: seller to be banned (because you couldn't communicate with him in a speedy and a likely way for your wishes).

I suppose that now you'll report me to Seoclerks and ask them to ban me for same reason: you don't like the communication with me (exactly said: you don't like that I don't agree with you).

You did everything right, always fight for your money, because you earned it, didn't you? It's good that I've never had any problems with seoclerk. However, when I started popularizing my clothing brand, I needed SEO services, and after such posts, I realized that it was better to turn to someone else. I bought a gig from a seller named "hanhtrinh24h" he failed to deliver, ignored all my messages and refused to pay.

Seoclerks should have a strict policy for this kind of sellers
