How long are we suppose to wait?

BUSINESS IS DOWN TO ZERO !!

Its been more 2 weeks still no updates from staff officially just some
responses on tickets but those are also just not sure and cannot give
exact timeframe for a fix. 
Majority of freelancers on this platform are from Pakistan and
Bangladesh who are just waiting to get the payment solution fixed. As
there is no Paypal here were have lost all the business and I am pretty
sure somehow who managed to get Paypal from their friends and family  do
not care about this problem as they are happy they are not paying any
extra fee. 

My business is down to zero no orders at all just some previous buyers
and they might be just finishing up their balance now they are also
gone. I am sure seoclerks is doing something for a fix but till now
there is nothing that is fixed for Pakistan and Bangladesh because the
payment methods that are added are of no use no one use these for buying
so that is almost useless may be we will get an order once in a while
but our whole business is down.

Now For Payoneer withdrawals the situation is still the same they are
not able to process any withdrawal they just allow to put withdrawal
request nothing is change just the money now in your withdrawal process
it wont get in your payoneer till the problem is fixed. Whats the point on activating it anyway then ? Still when we withdraw it says
7-14 working days you should remove that as well when you are not even
aware about the estimated time of fix. 


A humble request to Seoclerks 

Previously when there is a dispute from any order it gets cancelled
automatically even sometimes when we had already delivered it sometimes
even reselling services and we faced loss that never happen to any marketplace ever, once you provided the task there is no way payment
gets reversed thats what we pay 20% for money security
. Still we work here because the staff is no doubt very cooperative always and
helped us every time so we ignore that minor losses. 

In every marketplace the rules are for everyone this is very
unprofessional that some freelancers are getting business because they
have paypal and on the other hand many experienced seller who are
working with Seoclerks for years are just waiting. If its closed then it should be closed for all till the problem is fixed and if its
open then you have to sort things out to provide business for all. 


We accept free bumps are gone as it was a huge benefit for new sellers
but at least paid option is still open. You increased fee up to 30% without any notification even from our orders in progress before the update we accept the policy
change again without any prior notification. But now you also have to
understand some of freelancers dedicated many years to build their profile and many are working here as full time including me due to
sudden change there is a huge impact on our earnings and our life. 

Please fix the payment thing back to it was and like every other market
place where there is no payment difference to freelancers from different
countries all are working under same rules and payment terms. We always
love you and always supported Seoclerks and dedicated our many years to
establish here please consider this as a request from all Pakistani and Bangladeshi sellers and from other countries who are also
facing the same issue.

WOW... for some time, I have seen the LOW IQ fools that run this platform make a lot of boneheaded mistakes that have not only impacted the community but also the customers.

First is the still broken and crappy NEW template. Apparently, these people have never heard the if NOT broken, don't fix it! For example, if
you click BUYER, the dropdown doesn't let you get to active orders only list completed. Then there is the issue with the funny text wrapping, as indicated in this post! We're in 2021, not 1991! This is nothing short of codding incompetence.

Then they no longer let you add funds to the acct!

While on vacation I had a business partner push some order through and because two of us used the same acct they canceled our affiliate accts.

Now I hear about this! I didn't think it was this bad! WOW …or should I say WOKE!

I feel for you guys out there in Pakistan and Bangladesh!

Not only for sellers from Pakistan or Bangladesh, but it's also BAD for everyone's business that with PayPal you can NOT withdraw/upload money to your wallet as previously..???

I'm from the UK, London. I don't see the PAYPAL option, even though requested customer service How long are we suppose to wait?

If you know any latest update regarding this, plz send here any guide or the way to follow via PayPal...!!!
