YES!! - If the Support Team can Verify that you Delivered the Work and that the Feedback wasn't relevant to the situation, they can REMOVE it for you.
If they cannot help you, there's always the "Reply" function which allows you to explain your side of the story to other future potential buyers.

contact to the buyer he can remove it easily otherwise go to the admin
I don't think you can remove your negative feedback. You got this feedback on because of your client is not satisfied with your service. However you can contact your client and ask him/her about dissatisfaction and give them to best service. Take care in future because reputation matters for job role....
You can contact support and explain your situation... sometimes the best way is contact your buyer...
