a buyer has left me bad feedback, even though my gig was carried out exactly as stated in the gig description, can i get his feedback removed?

I GUESS YOU CAN ONLY CHANGE IT WHEN YOU ARE A LEVEL X SELLER , ALTHOUGH I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THIS BUT ANYWAYS YOU CAN CREATE A DISPUTE WITH SEOCLERK ADMINS HERE AND EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO THEM

just login a support ticket by clicking the url at the bottom left of the window
delete current order and create another one
i think you can't remove feedback
i have submitted a ticket in the support center, i will let everyone know what happens, i still cant believe how unfair that feedback is....
Just received this back from my support ticket via email.
I have reopened the order in question and you can work it out with the seller from there. Doing this removes the feedback for the order until new feedback is added by them.
1.) it says that the order has been re-opened however, it is listed under cancelled orders and i cannot take any action on the order.
i dont have a problem with working this out with the buyer, its not ideal but what can i do? i will keep you informed.
