You may want to choose an IT developer that listens to your needs and turns those into actionable objectives. Also you should check out their projects or get information about completed projects. Does the person have references from previous customers they are willing to share?

Every project should start with a minimum viable product (MVP) launch. This minimizes the risks and costs of starting and developing your business.

You can refer to the MVP development agency Purrweb. The Minimum Viable Product is not created for testing technologies, but to test in practice whether users need such a product, whether the hypotheses underlying the business model are correct. The main goal of an MVP is to minimize the time and effort spent testing the market reaction to an idea. So you will check how much your product is needed by the market and the developer's functionality

The IT product must match your company's business strategy. First, you need to study the portfolio of developers, find out prices for development and negotiate the conditions

I'm a recent CS graduate seeking for my first full-time position. I've been attempting to master software that I haven't been taught in school, such as React, because I truly want to work as a web developer. I'm presently learning React via a free YT video course and a premium Udemy course (the Udemy course was quite inexpensive, and the YT course didn't exist yet). I also developed many affiliate (this site). My issue is whether or not I should disclose that my react projects are the result of video learning rather than my own planning. Is it going to affect my chances of obtaining a response from employers if they learn that those projects weren't actually created by me?

Though there is no straight answer to this question. The following will help you get a solution:

1) Check if existing tools are available to solve the issue since there are tons of companies out there with dozens of tools to ensure business problems are solved

2) If nothing like that is ready then go for the developer who has

  • Done such a project in past
  • Worked for a company that has done or created such a project
  • Is a full stack developer, just not stuck with either backend or front end.
  • Knows project management as if the project is big, he knows how to manage it well.
Hope this helps.

Nowadays software development services are not so expensive because there are many training courses and information on the Internet. When I was studying to be a web developer, I lacked the information from the courses. I found a cool article on the Internet, E-learning Websites: Types and Tips for Development https://piogroup.net/blog/e-learni...-for-development. The article is written in a very accessible and understandable way, even for a novice web developer. If you are also interested in web development, then I am sure that this blog will be as interesting and useful for you as possible.

First, see portfolios and skills. Also, check work history and review feedback. It will help you to choose the best developer.

Outsourcing is now becoming increasingly popular and helps companies stay compact.
Outsourcing is the right choice if you want to reorganize your company or optimize operating expenses. In order to maintain steady growth and productivity, you should find a happy balance of in-house employees and outsourced resources. How? I found some insights here https://orangesoft.co/blog/how-to-...-app-development . Also this company provides effective outsourcing services. Enjoy reading!

Reliability.
It's custom to agree on all conditions even if one developer could not comply. People with little knowledge usually overestimate themselves. As a developer you should have a githup, some proof what you did, what you can do.

A second don't is to take an offer without thinking about it.

When choosing an IT developer, especially for automating business processes and minimizing routine work, consider the following criteria:

  1. Expertise and Experience: Find develpers with a proven track record of developing software and automating business processes. Check their portfolio and client reviews to assess their expertise.

  2. Relevant Skills: Ensure the developer has the necessary skills in PHP programming and other relevant technologies required for your specific project.

  3. Understanding of Business Processes: Choose a developer who demonstrates a clear understanding of your company's workflows and processes to create effective automation solutions.

  4. Problem-Solving Ability: Opt for developers who can identify challenges in your current processes and propose innovative solutions to streamline them.

  5. Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication is crucial for a successful project. Choose a developer who can communicate clearly and is open to collaboration and feedback.

  6. Project Management Skills: Look for developers who can manage the project efficiently, set realistic timelines, and deliver results on time.

  7. Security and Data Privacy: Ensure the developer prioritizes security and follows best practices to protect sensitive business data.
