You can still keep it as a Backup (Dormant) Option.
I currently have 3 Options which are Fully Enabled : PayPal + Payoneer + Paylution.
Of Course : Each Payment System obviously has it's very own Advantages and Disadvantages.
It may thus be wise to for you to ensure that you have as many payment options enabled on your Account , as possible , just in case one of them suddenly fails you.
However : If you must leave Payoneer , then kindly contact (both) SEOClerks and Payoneer ; for further advice.
