    How to decrease reponse time as a seller?

    Hello,
    How I can decrease my response time as a seller and can make it less than 24 Hours? Need your suggestions

    I have had a discussion about this about a week ago. Fellow members explained that the best way to reduce response time is to make sure that you reply as quickly as possible to any messages that a buyer sends you. It seems that private messages you get directly in your inbox, rather than in your orders, do not have an effect on the response time, however I still reply promptly to them. Make sure you get emails so as to be notified when someone contacts you. In that way you can log in ideally immediately so as to reply quickly. You can reduce your response time even to minutes.

    It improved a bit. It is now 1 day at least, and it used to be 4 days which was shocking for me.
