My favorite thing about freelancing is FREEDOM. When i can choose time to work, time off, set my own prices. I don't like bosses, specially those with less knowledge then me or specially when they want to be bossy just to look like someone over me... I work much longer hours then if i do 9-5 work, but i feel very good like that because that freedom motivates me.
Least favorite thing about freelancing is that we can't always predict our future income, so we have to be careful with our expenses. And i don't like to deal with fraudulent buyers, but that's all part of job we doing and we have to deal with it.

What I love best is the fact that I can set my own working hours according to how much work I have at the moment, and also according to my other obligations such as parenting.

What I do not like is those periods when it seems that there is almost no work available, or on the other extreme, too much work. There are times when it seems everybody wants to order at the same time, and I end up too busy and even having to refuse orders. I also hate people who try to rip you off.

Hi bobjoehax3 thanks for your question. Of course I am a freelancer because of I love to do freedom work. And I always try to do something different and different unique. I never try to do 9-5 job. When I was student I always think to do business rather any type of job and by that concern I always try to find out any of business which something different or unique. And I got that way on 2007-08 when I start work as freelancer. Really freelancing career such a great career, where I feel freedom and something different and unique.

1. What's your favorite thing about freelancing?

I love making people happy, but the ability of making so much money! In my "First" sales week I topped out of $200, I'm too young to have a job so this is a great way for me to provide high quality services and make money. I can also have a flexible schedule and hang out with friends and get to it later.

2. What's your least favorite thing about freelancing?

I can stressed out when I have tons of orders in progress because then I have to get to work and get everything done and with High quality. Deadlines are also quite stressful and drive me crazy!

1. What's your favorite thing about freelancing?

The fact that you can work in your PJs and you are your own boss, mostly.

2. What's your least favorite thing about freelancing?

The monotony if it all. The lack of human interaction can really bother me on the long run. I'm not that extrovert of a person but I still feel the need to interact with someone in my own domain, like real, face-to-face interaction.
Also being alone all the time can make you lazy and you don't learn much overall by yourself. This means acquiring new skills is pretty slow.

I think the issue of not having enough time to spend with friends is the biggest challenge that I've had with freelancing for it has limited the number of time I have for friends.

The best thing I like about freelancing is I can work at any time, any place and there is no one to dictate me. The worst thing about freelancing is it is really hard to find a good paying assignments. Most of the time clients want you to work for a low payment. You have to work for a small money or refuse the job. You cannot refuse if you badly want money.

The same for me, the hardest is in finding better ways to earn. Sites that pay are now getting frugal so freelancers are competing for just a few crumbs. But the advantage is the work hours when I am at home. It's just like resting in front of the computer. And although I have very little effort in thinking what to write, I am able to come up with quality output maybe because it is my forte.

My favorite thing about freelancing is the flexibility. I like that I can control how I earn and there is also guarantee that I will earn more if I do much. I can't complain about earnings since I don't live under my own roof but I would like to earn more and be able to pay my own rent and invest too.

What I don't like is that there is no consistent work and that makes it hard to depend on it fully even if I want to.
