This Sunday enjoyed lots of fun in the pub.

Fun and enjoyment are very important in our life to maintain the balance, so Sunday I enjoyed a lot with some of my friends in a Pub having lots of fun.

Really now I feel comforted, full of energy and I am ready to work with my clients.
What do you people did this Sunday or how do you relax for increased enjoyment and energy?

If I enjoyed lots of fun at the pub, assuming they serve alcohol, I'll probably be so wasted I wouldn't even be able to work. I have tried to work online a bit drunk, and couldn't even read the keyboard keys, or see the laptop screen. So I make it a point to stay sober until the weekend, however I'm going to stop drinking as much as I do now.. which really isn't much at all.

However, what I like to do for fun is very simple. I like to lay down on my couch and get comfortable, and watch Netflix. Lol. Netflix & Chill. This Sunday enjoyed lots of fun in the pub.

Hi HotContent

Yes I believe relaxing and having some fun is essential, especially when you work a lot of hours in a week. There have been times when I have been working so hard, almost non-stop because I have had such a huge work load.. and my thinking was that I must work as much as I can.

I found the opposite to be true actually. The more I worked and the more hours I put in to each day the less productive I started becoming! When I made myself take regular breaks and very importantly get out of the house and do something fun when I got back to work I found my mind clear and my energy high.

What do I do to relax? I like walking to the beach with my kids and building sand castles...

I usually get stressed because of deadlines, but right now I am very happy!
I currently have no orders so the past day I have been relaxing, playing some video game and later going to see Jason bourne with a girl I just met! This Sunday enjoyed lots of fun in the pub.

School is about to be starting for me (Highschool) again so I'm just enjoying the last week of summer.

I vaguely remember high school, that was 5.5 years ago for me. However, what I do remember is that when we had to go back to school it was in September after labor day not in August. Going back to school in August is harsh but you all get out sooner. I think you're the only students that go back so early?

Anyways, about Jason Bourne.. I don't like Matt Damon personally but I am curious to find out if the movie is any good, or worth it to watch so please let me know. This Sunday enjoyed lots of fun in the pub.

When it comes to relaxing on Sunday's I can not think of nothing more soothing then spending time with my loved ones it's the people that I work so hard to provide for that give me my happiness and any day spent with my kids I feel is a great day well spent in general I just got a new dog also so I been spending my time lately trying to house train the new pup and making sure I avoid any accidents on the carpet from the dog lol we wouldn't want that now would we, it's good to rest from work

I haven't seen my loved ones in such a long time. They use to live 4 hours away from me, so if I traveled it'll take me 8 hours to get there. I am not one to stay overnights so it'll most likely result in me driving back, and that is not gonna happen..

However, since most of my immediate family moved where I live, and live just 45 minutes away, it's closer so i can see them. I have not seen them in so long so it'll be refreshing to see them again.

My girlfriend and I played some mini golf and went to a restaurant. Just a random thing we thought would be a nice thing to do. We actually did this on Saturday and not during the Sunday. The Sunday was just filled with slacking and a few movies. I usually work more or less 15 hours per day, 7 days a week .. But I've recently come to the decision that I need some free time too. I need free time so I can recharge my batteries so I can endure long hours of work the next day. I'm trying to take at least 1 day off every week. Usually Saturdays. Now during the summer I've been trying to relax as much as I can... But shortly everything will be back to normal again.

On Sundays we go to church first thing in the morning, and usually just have a lazy Sunday. The week catches up to me on Sunday and I just want to relax before a new week starts.

Hi Hotco, good for you, it is neccessary from time to time to recharge the batteries, get relax and enjoy our life. Usually on Sunday, I am going fishing with my friends or my son. Going fishing is the most relaxing thing i can ever think. If iI am not going fishing I am making a barbeque and I invite some friends over, and we have fun together!

Weekends here are called family day. But the term doesn't mean you have to devote the weekend to families. As a family, we regularly go out to the mall or to resorts when we have the budget, and normally, we go with my sister and her family. It's always fun wherever we go. Sometimes we just take lunch in a nearby province for a road trip. But there are times that I go out with my colleagues and sometimes with my former classmates especially when someone from abroad comes home. We would go to a sing-along bar with karaoke. And although I don't enjoy karaoke, I still go because I enjoy the company. Well, going out with friends is a good diversion from the day to day life.

Personally, I try not to wait until the weekends to have fun. I honestly feel that anyone that is stressed from Monday to Friday and just waiting on the weekend to have fun, they're going about things the wrong way. Living only two days a week means you're dead for five, and that is waste of being alive.

I try my best to have fun every single day, whether it's before, during, or after work. Obviously this is a bit easier as a freelancer, but there are ways to integrate it into regular work as well. Everything that I would do on a day off, I try to do on a work day, just in smaller amounts obviously. It's important to give yourself little vacations within every day, it'll keep you happier and actually make you look forward to Mondays instead of dreading them.

Sundays for me is my MasterChef day This Sunday enjoyed lots of fun in the pub. I love cooking and spend a lot of time in the kitchen trying out new recipes. On Sundays, I lay out a feast. I make all types of dishes both local and international and sometimes have friends over from church for a bite. I also relax on Sunday. I do not work on Sundays.

I usually use Sunday as a day to rest. I will try to do relaxing stuff at home. The reason for this is because I want to return to work on Monday in an energized manner.

For me sundays are just my days,
I like to spend my Sundays reorganizing my things, Cleaning my house, Doing laundry, shopping for the next week and getting ready for monday's work, So the only thing I do to relax is my daily meditation, which I practice every day and it helps me a lot while for enjoyment I go to dance with my friends and sometimes we party at home it usually happens on Saturdays.

Tomorrow is another Sunday and I wouldn't fail to enjoy myself as usual. On Sundays I try to do jobs that are strenuous ,is like a day off for me.I set aside any stressful activities and try to let my head down.

I try to visit friends, get to the cinemas to see one or two movies, head to the club to sweat away and back home.It never a dull moment for me.

Usually Friday nights I just go home and drop myself tired. Honestly, I feel like I want to do nothing. But, Saturday and Sunday are the days to get some fun, go to a pool or beach, going to movies, gather with friends. However, part of that time includes to do some cleaning and laundry, that's the part that nobody wants to deal with, but eventually comes. Sometimes, I just share weekends with my family, cooking, listening some music, chatting about our daily issues. You can go to a Pub anytime, but there's nothing like spending time with family.

I usually go out in the Saturday and Sunday. But mostly the Saturday time is lot better. And some of the time I can tell you it'd be reasonable to work around with the available money. I also think that taking some break off the work and also taking it off the family some of the helps. I also go out on my own. And it does help in many ways.So the thing is we have to find out where we can spend our off time as that is relaxing and energizing for us.
