Why are follower sellers having a hard time

Why are follower sellers having a hard time completing orders these days? I've had two different sellers tell me they can no longer do high number followers and that it'll take longer... of course they mention this AFTER I purchase

Because twitter is very strict now with fake followers.
You must get followers organically.

Buying followers is mostly useless there is not guarantee that they are going to be interested in your niche.. There are a couple of twitter automation tools which can help you build niche targeted followers by emulating human behavior.
And if seller fails to deliver in agreed time you can cancel or ask support for help if the seller refuses for mutual cancellation..

Here twitter is getting strict and they all checking fake followers and likes so the clients are more aware this type of problems so they not buying this stuffs as more.

There are things that can contribute to followers not completing orders and some of them are not finding the right clients to follow which can result in them not being qualified when some deals are up for grabs.
