Does it bother you with all the Facebook privacy breaches?

Over the years, Facebook had so many privacy breaches, including one which allowed people on your friend list to download your private messages, instead of their own. What a mistake! Did something like this ever happen to you, where someone was able to access your private Facebook due to privacy breaches?

It's very disturbing how Facebook let this happen. And, who knows what damage was caused. Google is also bad about invading your privacy. I read a news report about an incident where a Google engineer was actually snooping through people's Gmails to get personal information for his own use.

I agree with Beverly on this. How FB could let all this stuff happen is really beyond me. I think that they need to beef it up a bit more.

Obviously, it's very upsetting. And, the worst part is how you might never know someone breached your privacy. If someone got access to your account, then they might just snoop around.

I would not want everyone on my friends list reading my private messages. That sounds like a huge invasion of privacy. Just as I'm sure they would not want me reading theirs.

You know how horrible it would feel if someone broke into your home and rifled through your private papers. Well, it would feel just as bad if that happened online where a 'friend' was able to see and read your most private/intimate Facebook chats and messages that were only intended for someone else. Facebook should really secure their site to avoid privacy violations.
