Which PR is good ? PR 1 or PR 9 ?

PageRank is an algorithm used by Google Search to rank websites in their search engine results. PageRank was named after Larry Page.it considers that some votes are more important than others. PageRank is Google’s system of counting link votes and determining which pages are most important based on them
Page rank given scale out of ten.if your site page rank 1.that's mean your site page rank 1/10.
Google homepage page rank 10/10.It's the highest score any website.facebook page rank 9/10 that's mean facebook user less than google.Google is more important from facebook as per page rank algorithm. Page rank algorithm wise 1 is minimum score and 10 is the highest score.

9 ismuch better than 1 but sometimes for backlinks pr1 will be better than pr9 or even pr10 backlinks nowdays is complecated

Yeah, you are correct due My website rank in in second place in google malaysia. but I check the first place website and its show PR1.. mines PR3

See we can't say the website is good only by considering the page rank even if the website is having low pr also those site is good because they may be created a year back and they improving the site but if you check the website which having high pr they won't change anything

The Page Rank of a page depends from the links that point to that page. Their count, their Page Rank and the link count on the page that links to you. The more links pointing to a page, and the bigger PR of the pages linking to you - the bigger is your PR.
Not every page has PR, so actualy PR "0" is not the lowest possible. NO PR at all is the lowest. You can be indexed and not have PR at all.
The bigger PR, the harder it gets to get it.

yes, nowadays page rank is isolated.Sometimes it's occurred because of google dancing.My last project happened that I just published a content that is shown in search result the first page.only for content and on page SEO. I believed that content is king.

before page rank is very useful. based on that weather we can do that site or not , it can be decided. due to some problem recently google is not considering page rank. it means google removing the page rank.
according to my opinion, the number Google displays in the toolbar may or may not be an accurate reflection of a sites true strength. There’s the fundamental problem number one.

My understanding of Page Rank is the rating that the Google crawlers have given your site for purposes of quickly evaluating the eligibility of the site for inclusion to the search list. However the Page Rank is not used by Google anymore so most of the sites now have a zero rating for the Page Rank.
