    How can you tell if a keyword is competitive, I have this keywords and I want to see how competitive is.

    Or see Google Keyword tools

    Thats not always accurate and make sure its on phrase or you will results wont be accurate, you want the sum of words together not searches with Single word searches added together.

    Hello,
    The adwords tool by Google should help you in researching keyword analysis. It is a useful tool giving information on volume of searches in comparison to the amount of competition.

    I use market samurai which can do an analysis of keywords. There are free tools that can do this online. I don't know where but remember seeing them.

    How can you tell if a keyword is competitive, I have this keywords and I want to see how competitive is.


    Hello,

    Sometimes you can tell via the search results itself. If the results don't really give much great results than I automatically think the keyword is not competitive. . I use to have a whole list of these keywords but I have no idea where it went to..

    I am interested in this discussion because I am also wondering how to know if the keyword that was tagged to the content was doing fine. Maybe you can do a search on the particularly keyword to see if your site has a good ranking in the search list. Is that logical and reasonable? I guess there are other ways but I still have to make a research. For now, I think doing a search for the keyword is good enough.

    For SEO competition there's nothing like analyzing 1st page results by yourself. Google's Keyword Tool tells how strong competition is among PPC advertisers, not SERP.

    Using google keyword you will only get suggestions I dont think its a best way to search for competetor market samurai however works best I am using it so far best results. It will also help you get more keyword suggestions also try to get long tail keywords by using long tail pro its a good tool. Semrush is also good for keyword comparison but if you are a started just use market samurai free version and longtail pro.

    Use Google Adwords Keyword tool and check the competition... Be also sure to check long-tail keywords that have at least 1,000 searches per month! ;)
