no these are organic terms suggested automatically by google algo , you can just go for adwords..

The list of related searches is the call of Google. It is their way of giving suggestions that can somehow help the searcher in what he really wanted to know. Sometimes you search for a particular sport and the list of related searches would show particular sports that can narrow down your search for a more relevant search result. I don’t think the related searches have something to do with you.
