Pardon me for asking why you are concerned with the Google Penguin update? I have come across so many of those discussions about the Google updates like Panda and Penguin. I find the questions with a hint of fear that maybe their site may be affected. From what I know the Google updates are for the changes in the algorithm and I don’t think it will have a drastic effect on the sites.
