File name is the biggest followed by alt tag.

Adding the keywords above and below the image help. And then doing seo to the page using the image keywords work well. Finally, name the page title the image kws too.

That is the best thing that I was able to get the best results, aside from that I wasn't able to get much different results.

Have you ever added Meta Data to an Image? If so, what Program did you use??

This helps the search engines know what the image is about. Also, there is a way to submit an image site map for your site.
