I am not able to log in my helpdesk account for the last 1 hour. Anybody else having the same issue?
you can get the helpdesk email address and send them an email concerning your issue. but first it may be from your browser. try clean your system from bugs, temp files and other unwanted files using a good registry cleaner, also use a good antivirus to clean up. then try log-in again.

Yes i have the same problem at 9.30-10.30 in morning but right now it has been solved.
