    Update about Helpdesk

    Hello ,

    Many of you are asking about Helpdesk . We just got update from Helpdesk they are up and active as always Just link is changed . If anyone is facing login problem just goto the link below and sign up again .

    The helpdesk has moved over too: https://ionicware.zendesk.com although the old one is still available for any remaining open tickets for the time being.

    The response time should not be any different, nothing has changed in terms of staff on the helpdesk.
