I have had many orders cancelled due to the buyer claimed a dispute via Paypal even though the order was completed days ago.
Seoclerks deducts the amount from our balance to compensate the dispute even if everything was done as promised from our side.
Being a marketplace, a seller relies on all payments going through and it is your responsibility to assure that the payment becomes ours as soon as the order gets completed.
so instead of deducting it from seller's balance, its something you should take responsibility of.
it is indeed a serious matter, the buyers involved just want to eat thier cake and have it. it is something that needs to be taken seriously.it is indeed a serious matter, the buyers involved just want to eat thier cake and have it. it is something that needs to be taken seriously.
Filing a PayPal dispute is a no-no here, as SEOClerks wants to straighten things up in house. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you let the Helpdesk know the who what when where and why's immediately.
I can't seem to get the support link on this post, but... try to do it soon and include your order number's!!!Filing a PayPal dispute is a no-no here, as SEOClerks wants to straighten things up in house. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you let the Helpdesk know the who what when where and why's immediately.

It happens every time, we have already discussed this matter. There must be some sellers protection. It happens every time, we have already discussed this matter. There must be some sellers protection.
