Why paypal does not deduct fee?

Hi

When I received payment from seoclerks, paypal doest not deduct any fee. why?

I think if fee's were then deducted by PayPal after SEO Clerks have taken their fee's, there'd be nothing left for us lol

One freelancer was complaining to me that his earnings from a site that is paid via Paypal has a deduction for a fee of around 10%. I wonder why so I asked another freelancer about it and he said that the deducted fee does not go to Paypal but it was the money saved by the site that paid you. In other words it was like getting a discount for the amount that you get and it was saved by the payor.
