hey, i have a little problem; i have completed and delivered many orders but they haven't been marked complete yet even though well above 8 days have passed. What should I do?
If you're 100% sure that is has in fact been 8 days since you delivered then send in a support ticket so things can be looked into further.
If you're not 100% on this I would contact the buyers and request them to rate you if they liked the gig.

i delivered the order on 14th april, isn't is well above 8 days?

Simple is that open a support ticket, Jordan will resolve the issue, no problem at all.

THis is problem is very common i too many order completed and buyer went off and never come back for feed back

in level 1 it is better to change the time being in to short for the order completed part.

yeah we can not make buyers leave a feedback, they just wait for the orders to be marked as complete on their own in 8 days
you have to wait according to your level
