I didn't know at first that force cancellation decreased your rating, I forced canceled a lot of orders, and it'll probably take me at least 100 more orders to get to 100%.. lololol

I know this is a very old post, so I don't know if it's still like this, so is it true that forcing cancellation decrease the rating? Sorry to ask way too late, but I'm new around, and I don't want to make a big mess with this. Please, if anyone can explain, it will be really appreciated.

Ups, nice to know, so thanks for the info. When you say too often, is it like how much? is there like a limit or something? As I said before, I just want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong, that can get me into trouble with my account.

Forced cancellation believe is a point of showing weakness for a job, not strength and it not what the client bargain for, of course, the client wouldn't be happy and might leave bad review or feedback.Any cancellation must be mutually agreed and done by both parties.

There is the old adage that you can satisfy some people 100% of the time or 100% of people some of the time, but you can never satisfy 100% of people 100% of the time. It the goal is creating 100% satisfaction, then the focus needs to be on providing very specific products or services to very specific customers or clients. Many businesses owners will never say no to a customer and worry about if they can actually accomplish the task after signing the contract. That works in some cases, but I believe exclusivity and creating scarcity will do more to increase demand.
