You got a negative feedback from a buyer, and later u talked to him to resolve it, and make it positive. How to change negative feedback to positive?

Its only through good communication that this can be done. You just have to listen carefully to what the buyer is saying. Take note all the things he or she has said. Think carefully about those things. try to give solution to each feedback as much as possible.
