When would be Next google PR update?

What do you think about next PR update..

And suggest good link building strategies to get good PR in next PR update.

The next update time will be around the end of november or the begining of december 2012. Usually in the end of november will be released first update, and it will be improved a few days later for a few websites!

No offense meant but I am really wondering why there are so many people who appear to be very concerned about Google updates. Regarding the page rank update it is not too often and maybe we just have to wait. But for a more recent information about the Google update on the page rank I have news for you that Google has quit using the page rank for its purposes. That means this discussion is already moot and academic.
