    I CANT SEEM TO ORDER OR PAY THROUGH THE PAYMENT PROCESS THE SYSTEM HAS. I CAN SEND MONEY TO A PAPYPAL ACCOUNT BUT WHEN I GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF THE WEBSITE IT ASKS FOR A DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD TO BE LINKED. I HAVE MONEY IN MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT BUT I DONT HAVE A CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD. PLEASE HELP ME.
