    A good way to promote your blog is through social networks : facebook, twitter etc.
    Or pay someone to make seo for you to have visitors from google.

    You can get the word out about your blog by advertising it in facebook, twitter, using traffic sites like traffup, or you could hire someone on SEOClerks to help promote your blog.
    But even then, it is still important that your blog have some on page SEO or it won't be seen in Google and other search engines.

    Pardon me for this comment but I wonder why some people have the numbers for their question when it comes to traffic. My best bet in marketing a blog is the social media. Post on your timeline for your friends to see what blog you have uploaded for the day. But you cannot expect a number of visitors to your blog. You just have to rely on chances that there will be visitors and that is good enough.
