How to backup, duplicate or migrate WordPress blog?

I have used Duplicator for my own websites. However as far as clients are concerned. I suggest them using the vaultpress plans. The reason being backup on those are lot better. Also they can be worry free as it is automated. And then moving to another host is painless as it can get. So for those who want to spend money, they should go for the vaultpress.

I know this plugin even though I have never used it. I have never felt the need to duplicate or migrate my website. For back up I use a different plugin and backup on my dropbox.
