both of them are good. but i prefer blogspot because easy to use
i prefer blogspot.. because it belongs to google blogspot
okay wordpress is the best in the world, I use it for all of our blogs!
wordpress is the best for automated features that creates userfriendly posts, but blogspot is better ranked and indexed by google.
I can never make my mind up and I've been using both for years! Ever since they both began. Off the top of my head, I like Blogger because it's a part of Google and I've had some good blogs and some good times on it and it's put food on my table for a while. Plus it's easy to use and it works great and can be modified/customized to the back teeth. But I like WordPress as well because it's also easy to use and very SEO friendly but more than that, it's a CMS that you can do virtually anything with as well. Whether that's running a simple blog or a full blown, professional online store of some kind. Or a games arcade or wallpaper site or download site anything. Plus access to plugins to add more features and functionality to it as well and a plethora of themes to choose from. That only really covers the basics of both as well. They both have their own pros and cons and both are equally effective in their own way for doing whatever you're trying to achieve with it. That said, I think self-hosted WordPress is better than WordPress.org blog as you can really get right into the nuts and bolts of it and do more with it plus it's your site, so they can't pull it down for any reason and when that happens with a free Blogger or Wordpress blog that can mean all your hard work and content gone unless you made a backup of it or have cached versions in Google or use Waybackmachine to find it. I know, because I've been there and helped many people who it has happened to. The thing is with free Blogger/Wordpress blogs is that they don't like anything too commercial that have lots of ads and that on them. As soon as you start making big money with them and they know it, they will pull them down. So always make backups of your content on those places. But yeah, self-hosted WP over the others all day for me!
If we would take a vote for the comparison of Wordpress and Blogspot I guess Wordpress will win hands down because that’s my observation in this forum that the members here are mostly users of Wordpress. I may agree that Wordpress is great for a platform of website because it is easy to tweak. But for a blogger I think Blogspot is great because it is near the heart of Adsense.
Both are good, but if you think google is best so better use blogspot.
