Basically Following steps

I have few premium themes if you like to choose one of them(No additional charge).
customize it as you need(limitation of theme's support to do changes)
Install SEO plugins - your site SEO friendly with add meta tags etc also.
Speedup website with few plugins and technics
Mobile responsive design
Install your some needed plugins if you want
Advise special things for maintenance.
Additionally, I can design the interface with your sketch. However, this will require a lot of manual coding so I will require an additional charge for this.
Please contact me beforehand for this type of order.
You should have a web hosting and a domain name. Tell me if you haven't then I will suggest you the best place.
